This convent is situated in the Kuruvinal Parish, near Mutholy. As Pala Province was divided into Pala and Bharananganam the need for a formation house arose. That's why land was purchased and a building constructed for convent in Mutholy village which is blessed with silence and solitude. On 1st June 1989 here started the Novitiate. In November 1990, 10 candidates completed their Novitiate and did the first profession. Any two phases of formation are done here. As the number of candidates are less formation is done combining candidates of different provinces. The beginners who are doing their studies also stay here.
